📋 Description

• Develop and implement Regional business plans, budgets and maintain overall responsibility of action plans for the Region • Review performance metrics with the National Sales Director to ensure sales team is achieving maximum sales results • Plan and conduct meetings with the Sales Team; ensure appropriate leadership by developing and inspiring the Sales Team • Work closely with leadership and Market Access to maximize reimbursement from commercial & government payers • Be in the field three (3) to four (4) days working with assigned Territory Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 8+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred; or equivalent medical sales experience may be substituted • 3+ years sales management experience in a U.S. pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical organization preferred • 2+ years’ experience in Cardiology (Statin, PCSK9, and NOAC) launch experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
