• Speaker/trainer for customer continuing-education events such as health days, Cast-FOBs, etc., and delivery of trainings on practice management for A-customers (key accounts) • Provide training to homecare and trade customers in coordination with the line manager • Support on topics related to practice consumables (Sprechstundenbedarf) • Support with operational customer matters in coordination with the line manager • Cooperate with and support the Healthcare Market Managers • Perform administrative tasks conscientiously and on a regular basis within the prescribed timeframes, e.g., expenses, CRM, Power BI
• Successfully completed qualification in the healthcare sector with additional training in practice management • Strong ability to communicate and present convincingly and authentically across all hierarchical levels and to diverse target groups • High degree of assertiveness, self-organization and self-motivation, as well as strong conceptual skills • Several years of professional experience in sales desirable • Enthusiasm and team orientation, as well as a high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel • Knowledge of MS Office programs as well as CRM and Power BI • Business-fluent German; English skills at B2 level desirable
