📋 Description

• Develop and secure new sales contracts with hotel groups, independent hotels, resorts, and cruise ship operators through direct engagement and negotiation. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and distribution partners, ensuring continued collaboration and business growth. • Achieve and exceed sales turnover and margin targets, aligning with company objectives. • Collaborate closely with designated distributors to ensure contract compliance and seamless implementation of agreements. • Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness. • Conduct market research to identify new hotel openings and business opportunities, independently or with distributor network support.

• Strong alignment with the company’s values of environmental respect and sustainability. • Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a proactive, individual and team-oriented results-driven mindset. • Willingness to travel within Italy, with occasional short stays abroad when required. • Tech-savvy, proficient in Excel and online business applications, with the ability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies. • Nice to have: prior experience or strong understanding of the hotel supply industry across the region.
