• New customer acquisition and account management for insurance brokers, housing companies and insurance providers • Presentation of the FIO claims management platform • Needs analysis and development of tailored solutions • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships • Collaboration with marketing and product teams to further develop the platform • Representing FIO at trade shows, events and industry conferences
• Completed commercial training in the insurance sector or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in the insurance industry (ideally in property insurance and/or claims management) • Experience in consultative B2B sales • Confident and persuasive communication skills • Analytical mindset and solid technical understanding • Willingness to travel as required • Native-level German, good command of English
