📋 Description

• Consultation & Sales – You analyze individual customer needs and convince them with our product range. • Customer Relationship Management – You maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners. • New Customer Acquisition – You expand our network and grow our customer base. • Competitive Analysis – You monitor market conditions and identify opportunities and risks. • Participation in Trade and Industry Fairs – You represent Hoyer at exhibitions and establish valuable contacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales Experience – You have a proven track record in sales and know how to win customers. • Education – Ideally, you have completed commercial/business-related vocational training. • Technical Understanding – You are comfortable with technical topics and can explain complex matters clearly. • Mobility & Flexibility – You travel frequently and enjoy nurturing face-to-face relationships with customers and partners. • Strong Communication & Persuasiveness – You engage others with your presence and confident demeanor. • Independent Work Style – You appreciate working autonomously and have a focus on what matters.
