• Develop, plan and conduct training measures within the respective area • Continuously evaluate training and education needs across all relevant channels and regions within the respective therapy area • Prepare and create training materials, curricula and training modules, convey specialist knowledge and take content responsibility for the DACH region • Provide expert advice and support to key account managers, speakers, key opinion leaders and employees regarding products, applications and best practices • Develop training content for regional trainers within a train‑the‑trainer concept • Actively collaborate across departments, regions and therapy areas and participate in conferences, trade fairs and congresses • Plan and deliver in‑person, hybrid and digital training formats including webinars and virtual trainings
• Completed medical or nursing qualification (e.g., health and nursing, geriatric nursing, urotherapy or comparable qualification) • Ideally professional experience in continence care, nursing, homecare, long‑term care or medical technology • Experience in adult education, training or knowledge transfer is an advantage • Initial professional experience in field sales, customer consulting or healthcare – ideally in incontinence care, medical devices or nursing • Determination, assertiveness, self‑organization and self‑motivation as well as a high degree of flexibility • Driving license class B and willingness to travel • Fluent German and good English skills
