📋 Description

• Proactively identify and acquire new customers through research, outreach and market insight • Identify the market potential and recognise opportunities and threats in the market • Analyse the sales figures, recognise crucial developments and have a plan on how to achieve the turnover and margin objectives • Be responsible for planning appointments and convincing customers to place more business with ADI • Customer management from start to finish with the aim of building a sustainable relationship and growing turnover and margin • Use Salesforce daily to maintain accurate customer information

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within a field sales role or have equivalent experience • Native German speaker; very good English • Experience in B2B sales environment • Excellent communication and people skills • Good planning and organisational skills • Driving license
