📋 Description

• Direct contact with schools and international clients • Assisting in lead prospecting and qualification processes • Conducting meetings by phone and handling chats or video calls • Recording data and information gathered in meetings in the CRM and company software • Maintaining daily productivity tracking • Providing insights and suggestions • Achieving the sales targets established for the area • Managing calls, messages, and follow-ups • Using tools for active school outreach and acquisition • Using outreach and acquisition talking points during sales • Contributing to increasing the satisfaction of prospective partner schools.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (mandatory; language will be tested) • Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00 • Must reside in Brazil at the time of hiring • Possess all documentation required for CLT employment in Brazil • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Drive • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Dynamic, flexible, and results-oriented • Proactivity, discipline, creativity, and commitment • Logical reasoning ability • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks • Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences • Empathy and a collaborative spirit • Ability to work with targets/goals • Quiet workspace and stable internet access, as the role is remote.
