📋 Description

• Develop communication and negotiation skills through proactive outreach to schools • Use phone, WhatsApp, and email to contact schools • Learn how to conduct a consultative approach • Help understand each school’s current needs and present Estante Mágica’s potential • Use CRM tools to support the identification and organization of new partnerships • Track development through ongoing mentoring • Contribute ideas and suggestions for the continuous improvement of the team’s processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program, with active enrollment status • Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative profile • Genuine willingness to learn • Interest in developing a career in sales • Open to receiving ongoing feedback • Availability for a 30-hour-per-week internship, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a 2-hour break
