📋 Description

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's strategic objectives • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth • Manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to HR staff members • Collaborate with senior leadership to address workforce planning and organizational development needs • Maintain and improve HRIS and other HR-related systems to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role • Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance • Strong proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism • Experience working in a multicultural environment and knowledge of local labor laws in India • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
