• You identify and qualify new customer opportunities – through trade shows, events, marketing leads, and targeted outreach. • You guide prospects through the entire decision-making process in a structured way – from initial contact to closing. • You analyze property management processes and identify concrete optimization and digitization opportunities. • You present our software in tailored demos via video call or on-site meetings and clearly demonstrate where efficiency gains and automation are possible. • You represent etg24 at trade shows and events – both through direct interactions and technical presentations. • You expand existing customer relationships and develop them strategically. • You document and manage your sales activities in a structured way within the CRM.
• You view sales as a combination of analysis, structure, and closing ability. • You have experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS sector or the real estate industry. • You are able to explain complex products in an understandable and practical manner. • You learn new topics, software solutions, and processes quickly. • You have a good sense for customer needs and can conduct conversations purposefully. • You present confidently, are strong in communication, and persuade through clarity rather than pressure. • You work independently, in a structured way, and also enjoy working as part of a team.
