• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years actively working in and contributing to digital marketing • 5+ years of leadership experience within a digital marketing agency • Deep, first-hand expertise across digital marketing channels • Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and scale data-driven marketing campaigns • Strong, working knowledge of websites, social media, and full-funnel digital marketing • Ability to analyze data directly, generate insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable strategies • Effective leader and communicator who actively collaborates across teams • Proven problem-solver who identifies issues early and takes an active role in implementing solutions • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while staying engaged in the work • Curious, adaptable, and collaborative, with a positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset grounded in doing, not just directing
