📋 Description

• Support the Information Security Officer (ISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO) • Maintain and further develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) • Create, update, and manage policies, standards, procedures, and documentation • Prepare and document internal and external audits • Track and follow up on actions resulting from risk analyses, audits, assessments, and internal controls • Handle customer and partner inquiries related to information security, compliance, and governance topics • Further develop and maintain the Contract Management System • Collect, prepare, and document ESG-related data

🎯 Requirements

• Degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualification in Business Law, Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience • Strong organizational skills and understanding of business processes • Good understanding of policies, contracts, and governance processes • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken • High level of reliability, discretion, and attention to detail and accuracy.
