📋 Description

• Follow ITIL and DevOps practices • Coordinate IT operations across information systems and associated infrastructure of the DG, including DIGIT hosting services, self-managed infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and application deployments • Manage self-managed infrastructure components in Azure and AWS, ensuring stability, scalability, and security of operational environments • Provide technical operations support for production systems, including database configuration, monitoring, incident management, technical investigations, and root cause analysis • Produce and oversee data consistency and operational health reports • Drive operational priorities, ensure service continuity, and coordinate work across infrastructure, DevOps, and support teams

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in IT, combined with 10 years of relevant working experience in IT • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT Operations, including coordination with hosting services, CI/CD pipeline configuration, deployments and incident management • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud environments operations in similar environments or projects, including a minimum of 1 year in AWS and 1 year in Microsoft Azure • At least 10 years of experience delivering for or in a production environment operating under formal availability commitments • At least 10 years of experience spanning a multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure • At least 10 years of experience in global projects comprising at least 10 managed services or application environments, or serving at least 100 concurrent users • At least 10 years of experience in global projects or managed service contracts involving formal testing, change, release, or CI/CD pipeline management • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate certifications would be a strong asset • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certifications would be a strong asset • Excellent command of the English language
