📋 Description

• Liaise between candidates and hiring managers • Ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of queries • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs • Source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter • Post job advertisements • Initiate phone screenings with applicants, referrals, and other interested candidates • Organize and conduct interviews • Prepare financial offers • Administer and follow up recruitment paperwork with candidates • Compile and update candidate records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Administration and/or Human Resources and/or other relevant social science disciplines • 1-2 years of recruitment experience in an international/multicultural environment will be an asset • Proactive-taking initiative and follow-through is a must • Curious-researching market trends with the ability to translate back to the business • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently • Organization skills, accuracy and thoroughness, and ability to monitor work for quality • Advanced written and verbal communication and negotiation skills • Approachability, energy, and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others • Proficiency in office automation tools • Fluency in English
