📋 Description

• Product Launches: Lead go-to-market for new molecules or line extensions, from pricing and positioning to salesforce training. • P&L Management: Oversee the marketing A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget and ensure campaign and event ROI. • Strategic Management: Develop and execute the Annual Marketing Plan (Brand Plan) focused on market share growth and profitability. • Market Intelligence: Analyze audit data (IQVIA, Close-up) to identify opportunities, threats and prescribing trends. • Scientific Relations: Work closely with the medical team (MSLs) to build robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). • Omnichannel: Develop digital journeys and multichannel strategies for physicians, pharmacists and patients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; • Postgraduate degree preferred; • Advanced/Fluent English required; • Advanced proficiency with pharmaceutical audit tools (IQVIA/DDD/PMB); • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
