📋 Description
• Gérer les demandes clients et prospects : devis, contrats et suivi administratif • Assurer la gestion : création, paramétrage et mise à jour des bases de données clients • Coordonner les demandes avec les services internes (laboratoires, logistique, planification) • Traiter les sollicitations clients par téléphone et par email en apportant une réponse adaptée • Envoyer des Non conformités aux clients • Promouvoir les outils digitaux et les services proposés par Eurofins • Gérer les commandes • Remonter à sa hiérarchie toute situation dangereuse ou déviation aux procédures Qualité Santé Sécurité Environnement
🎯 Requirements
• Titulaire d'un bac à bac +2 scientifique (Chimie/Microbiologie) • Rigueur, organisation et autonomie • Excellente maîtrise de l’outil informatique
