âą Perform calibrations and maintenance on clients' equipment (notably liquid handling systems) âą Coordinate with clients to establish metrology schedules and inspection checks for specific equipment âą Monitor service activities and travel to client sites for interventions as required âą Manage your working time autonomously âą Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction
đŻ Requirements
âą Education: minimum Bac+2/+3 (equivalent to 2â3 years of post-secondary education) in Quality, Laboratory Technician or related field âą Driver's license REQUIRED âą Ideally, you have knowledge of metrology âą Experience in volumetrics is desirable âą Autonomous, rigorous, well-organized and strong customer relations skills
