📋 Description

• Perform calibrations and maintenance on clients' equipment (notably liquid handling systems) • Coordinate with clients to establish metrology schedules and inspection checks for specific equipment • Monitor service activities and travel to client sites for interventions as required • Manage your working time autonomously • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Education: minimum Bac+2/+3 (equivalent to 2–3 years of post-secondary education) in Quality, Laboratory Technician or related field • Driver's license REQUIRED • Ideally, you have knowledge of metrology • Experience in volumetrics is desirable • Autonomous, rigorous, well-organized and strong customer relations skills
