📋 Description

• Managing relationships with specialist medical practices, hospitals, public health authorities and company occupational physicians • Acquiring new customers, primarily medical practices across various specialties • Revenue responsibility for your own sales territory • Support with public tenders, contract negotiations and preparing proposals • Planning and conducting events (including hygiene training sessions) • Supporting clients during laboratory transitions (onboarding, implementation) • Project planning, training and support during integration with order entry systems • Point of contact for customers/sample senders

🎯 Requirements

• Completed MTLA (Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant) vocational training or a degree in a natural science or medical field, or an equivalent qualification • Ideally, professional experience in (sales) field service activities • Medical expertise • Business/management knowledge would be an advantage • IT affinity • Proven, precise and structured working style • Enjoys working in a team and is flexible • Driving license (Class B)
