📋 Description

• Execute routine tasks supporting product review and data management initiatives • Work with and maintain database software systems • Support process updates, data quality maintenance, and verification initiatives according to business rules and client needs • Organize the shared inbox and route messages to the appropriate team member • Engage with third-party vendors to gather documentation • Check deadlines and ensure timely follow-up • Identify gaps or missing information and communicate with the appropriate contact • Maintain and update documentation • Contribute to process improvement initiatives • Update data files supporting the program • Collaborate with leaders, colleagues, and subject matter experts • Follow SOPs and best practices under supervision • Participate in meetings and conference calls • Conduct activities safely and efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in food science/technology, life science, quality, regulatory affairs, or related field • Work experience may be substituted for education • 0–3 years of experience • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and databases • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to execute multiple assignments/tasks • Ability to maintain a mindset focused on continuous improvement • Knowledge of food and supplement regulations (FDA, CFR, Labeling, Nutrition) would be an asset • Database experience a plus
