📋 Description
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for genomics products • Develop and execute efficient, creative sales and marketing strategies • Build and manage high-performing distribution networks • Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers • Utilize multi-channel communication strategies • Develop and sustain long-term, strategic relationships with key customers • Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback and market intelligence • Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare periodic forecasts • Manage sales budgets and track ROI on marketing initiatives • Collaborate with product specialists and technical teams • Conduct competitive analysis and market research • Mentor and support junior sales team members
🎯 Requirements
• Masters in Life science/ Bachelor in Life science with MBA • 8-12 Years
