📋 Description

• Define and drive solution architecture for enterprise applications • Lead technical design activities and support implementation across distributed teams • Contribute to the modernisation and evolution of complex legacy systems • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure and high performing • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders • Support delivery throughout the full software development lifecycle • Promote engineering best practice and architectural standards across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in enterprise software development and solution architecture • Strong Java background (Java 11/17, Java EE / Jakarta EE) • Database design and development expertise (PostgreSQL) • Experience with Eclipse RCP, SWT and JFace • Hands-on experience with WildFly Application Server • Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design principles and design patterns • Experience leading the modernisation of legacy systems and supporting long-term technology roadmaps • Experience with JPA/Hibernate, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Maven and Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
