📋 Description

• Customer communication and customer service: you are the first point of contact for customers after they have submitted an order to us • Support in preparing property appraisal reports under the guidance of experienced appraisers • You help us assess properties (residential and commercial) in accordance with current legal requirements • You review documents and, by applying your (new) expertise and various valuation methods, determine the actual value of a property • You assist in preparing appraisal reports and analyze all relevant factors of a property • You have a passion for real estate and are interested in property valuation — with opportunities for advancement and further training

🎯 Requirements

• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented manner • Coordination skills: you can juggle different inquiries, customers and topics simultaneously • Ideally: professional experience in the real estate sector • Alternatively (if junior): experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly • Initial knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines • Structured and analytical working style and a strong focus on quality • Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
