📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and support them in resolving their concerns. • You answer general inquiries and assist with the use of our digital services. • With care, friendliness and professionalism you ensure excellent customer satisfaction. • You build long-term, trust-based relationships with our customers. • Through your commitment you actively support the development of our digital banking solutions and contribute to the growth of our company.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in back-office or administrative tasks, ideally at a financial institution in the German-speaking market; alternatively, experience in customer service or a comparable role • Experience in the banking or financial sector; vocational training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification is a plus • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills at B1–B2 level are an advantage • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and confident handling of conflict situations
