• Source BPO candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. • Recruit people with these skills: Management, Sales, Internet marketing, Accounting, Windows and Apple tech support, and Labor. • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements • Perform background checks • Facilitate the offer process • Manage onboarding and new hire process. • Follow up as a Human Resource person making sure workers are well. • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• 1+ years of recruiting and HR experience • 2+ years working daily with English speakers such as in the BPO industry • Superb English: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Excellent comprehension of spoken English. • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Comfortable making decisions independently • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods • Deep understanding of Philippine employment customs, laws, and regulations
