📋 Description

• Investigate opportunities and analyze user behavior • Prototype solutions with AI and contribute code • Own work end to end from problem definition and approach selection through building, pull requests, launch, measurement, and iteration • Use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging • Identify high-value opportunities and design small, meaningful experiments • Define success metrics before building and analyze experiment outcomes • Improve, expand, or stop shipped work based on results • Partner directly with the Co-founder and CTO, designers, and engineers on the web product • Surface blockers early, challenge assumptions, and find alternative paths forward

🎯 Requirements

• Personally built and shipped a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools • Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI coding tools already part of everyday work • Experience using metrics to make product decisions • Experience with A/B tests, product experiments, data deep-dives, or lightweight user research • Actively experiment with new AI tools and techniques independently • Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership from investigation through outcome • Ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders • Fully fluent in English • Strong attention to user experience and product quality • Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content
