📋 Description

• Own product work end to end, from understanding the problem and selecting an approach through AI-assisted coding, pull requests, launching, measuring, and iterating • Use AI tools daily for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging • Identify high-value opportunities and design small, meaningful experiments to test assumptions • Define success metrics before building, analyze experiment outcomes, and improve, expand, or stop shipped work • Work embedded in a software engineering squad with Leads, co-founders, designers, and engineers • Define and deliver priority projects • Communicate progress and decisions to relevant stakeholders • Surface blockers quickly, challenge assumptions, and find alternative paths forward • Work with the Product Lead and Co-founder & CTO on an AI companionship platform serving more than 50 million users

🎯 Requirements

• Personally built and shipped a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools • Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI coding tools • Experience using metrics, A/B tests, product experiments, data deep-dives, or lightweight user research to make product decisions • Independently explores and experiments with new AI tools and techniques • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes • Ability to investigate, build, test, learn, address blockers, and balance execution with planning • Clear communication and direct collaboration with designers, engineers, and stakeholders • Fully fluent in English • Strong attention to product quality, usefulness, intuitiveness, and engagement • Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content • Design fluency sufficient to independently prompt a usable UI (bonus) • Experience at a fast-scaling D2C/consumer tech company or scale-up (bonus) • Experience with consumer-facing features (bonus) • Experience in Entertainment, Avatars, Gaming, or high-touch media (bonus) • Willing and able to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
