📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the continuous development of the lead-matching software • Ensure smooth development progress and effective prioritization • Design new features and translate requirements from internal departments and users into actionable work packages • Test new features for functionality and quality • Support the release process and take ownership of production launches • Act as the interface between IT, internal departments, and external service providers • Regularly update stakeholders on development progress • Identify and design AI applications and implement them through to production • Maintain the Product Backlog and prioritize tickets • Help shape the product strategy for lead matching and related modules • Successfully deliver strategic initiatives and at least one AI solution into production

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile environment • Ideally, experience in a SaaS or technology company • Strong technical understanding • Initial exposure to artificial intelligence or a strong interest in AI solutions • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear tasks and priorities • Confident and clear communication, including on technical topics and with diverse stakeholders • Enthusiasm for data-driven digital products • Structured and proactive approach to work
