📋 Description

• Own product work end to end, from problem investigation and approach selection through AI-assisted coding, pull requests, launch, measurement, and iteration • Use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging • Identify high-value opportunities and design small, meaningful experiments • Define success metrics, analyze live experiment outcomes, and improve, expand, or stop shipped work • Work embedded in a software engineering squad with the Co-founder and CTO, designers, and engineers • Define and deliver priority projects • Communicate progress and decisions to relevant stakeholders • Surface blockers, challenge assumptions, and find alternative paths forward

🎯 Requirements

• Personally built and shipped a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools • Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI coding tools are already part of daily work • Experience using metrics, A/B tests, product experiments, data deep-dives, or lightweight user research to make product decisions • Actively experiments with new AI tools and techniques independently • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership from investigation through delivery • Able to address blockers early and balance execution against planning • Clear communication and direct collaboration with designers, engineers, and stakeholders • Fully fluent in English • Care about useful, intuitive, and engaging user experiences • Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content • Bonus: design fluency sufficient to prompt a usable UI independently • Bonus: experience at a fast-scaling D2C/consumer tech company or scale-up • Bonus: experience with consumer-facing features • Bonus: experience in Entertainment, Avatars, Gaming, or high-touch media
