📋 Description

• Own and shape the technical direction of iOS and Android mobile platforms • Lead improvements to mobile architecture, engineering standards and development practices • Address technical debt and platform challenges to improve app speed, reliability and maintainability • Collaborate with mobile and product teams to improve software development, testing and release processes • Balance platform improvements with product delivery • Share knowledge, guide technical decisions and mentor mobile engineers • Support critical mobile infrastructure, security and dependency updates across SalonBiz when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on mobile engineering experience across iOS and Android • Experience leading technical projects and influencing architecture and engineering decisions • Solid understanding of mobile platform architecture, performance, reliability and security • Ability to identify technical challenges, prioritise improvements and find practical solutions • Confidence working across engineering and product teams • Great communication skills and collaborative approach • Passion for sharing knowledge, mentoring others and continuous improvement • Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
