📋 Description

• Assess AI maturity across DACH. • Deliver hands-on enablement, auf Deutsch. • Coach across all functions. • Move engineering forward. • Take AI beyond engineering. • Create content that scales. • Find and activate the willing. • Prove it in the data. • Be the bridge between DACH and HQ.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional experience, ideally with a consulting or advisory background • Speak fluent German. Non-negotiable. Fluent English is also required. • Can teach in the morning and build a working prototype in the afternoon • Are genuinely curious about AI. • Are comfortable around developers without being one full-time. • Have experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor or similar. • Are self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity. • Are willing to travel regularly within DACH.
