• Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients and projects (70% of role) • Utilize CRM tools to support commercial prospecting and maintain a qualified resource pool • Develop and present commercial offers in response to calls for tender • Manage existing client portfolios and provide momentum to assigned territories • Support service delivery by monitoring performance, scheduling, time management, and career development for team members • Oversee client relationships including needs assessment, pricing, timelines, contractual elements, and resource allocation • Handle client invoicing and financial aspects of projects • Identify and implement strategies for territory growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field • 2-5 years of experience (Level of Experience: 2-5 years) • Proven track record in sales, particularly in service-based industries • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong analytical and listening abilities • Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages a plus • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced business environment • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team setting
