📋 Description

• Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools • Act as liaison between Shared Services in HR, Finance, and Legal and internal stakeholders • Manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to compensation and benefits, social security, and mobility • Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs • Administer performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leave, disciplinary, and investigation programs • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws • Monitor HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR • Support international mobility and relocation processes • Guide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions • Lead or support training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives • Act as an ambassador for company culture and support internal communication • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive behaviors and proactive bias management • Collaborate with European and global HR teams, Finance, Payroll, Legal, external HR partners, and service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based in Ireland or Spain (home office) • 10+ years of HR experience in an international environment • 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in France • Hands-on experience managing the full employment lifecycle • Working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country • Experience with French employment law is mandatory • Fluent in English and French • Keen attention to detail • Experience organizing and leading projects with many different data sources • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Pragmatic, hands-on, solution-oriented attitude • Flexible and adaptable; comfortable dealing with change and competing priorities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Data-driven mentality • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • Bachelor-level degree required by the position • People Partner, Labor Legislation, Compensation and Benefits, or Social Security training highly appreciated • Additional European language is a plus
