📋 Description

• Responsible for the operational management of the organization • Translate strategic direction into effective day-to-day operations • Develop structures, systems and departments during growth and change • Ensure EVOLVE operates smoothly as a holistic growth partner rather than in silos • Leverage AI and automations as growth levers • Define operational systems and automation architecture • Make operational principle decisions together with Executive Management and set priorities • Translate annual and quarterly goals into concrete actions, milestones and checklists • Operate and continuously evolve the EVOLVE OS • Manage operational workflows within the agency and, where required, in Finance and People Ops • Develop KPI dashboards and overviews • Implement automations and processes using Claude, Make and n8n • Run the OKR system day-to-day with reminders, check-ins and dashboards • Analyze bottlenecks together with team leads and resolve root causes • Ensure deadlines are met, tasks are completed and projects are progressed

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in project and process management, ideally in an agency or e‑commerce environment • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana • Basic knowledge of automation tools like Make or n8n • Analytical and systems thinking with basic controlling/financial monitoring knowledge • Excellent self-organization for 100% remote work • Clear, structured communication internally and externally • Collaborate with team leads as equals without direct line management responsibilities • Confident use of Google Sheets and Excel for analyses and data structures • Strong affinity for AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude • Ability to use AI tools to build systems and solve problems
