🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing, Schwerpunkt Paid Social • Analytisches Denken, schnelle Mustererkennung, tiefes Verständnis für digitales Marketing • E-Commerce-Accounts auf fünf- bis sechsstellige Monatsbudgets skaliert • Verständnis für Margen, Deckungsbeiträge, ROAS, POAS & CAC • Sicherer Umgang mit Tracking-Tools (Triple Whale, Tracify, Admetrics o.ä.)
