📋 Description

• Developing social recruiting campaigns from concept through optimization • Time for in-depth audience analysis and research • Developing neuromarketing-based concepts • Writing copy and tonalities that resonate with the target audience • Freedom to propose hypotheses and run A/B tests • Managing large advertising budgets (> €100,000 per month) • Tracking and analysis using professional tools such as Hotjar & Leadmetrics • Close collaboration with Design & Recruiting teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment • Expert-level knowledge in campaign setup and optimization on Meta • Experience with TikTok is desirable; LinkedIn is a plus • Fast learner with strong self-discipline • Excellent, error-free written German
