📋 Description

• Manage and scale profitable Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube • Increase budgets where they can grow profitably and recognize thresholds where growth becomes unprofitable • Optimize for contribution margin (profitability) rather than ROAS • Provide strategic leadership to clients and independently advise at decision-maker level • Use and further develop the internal AI stack for analysis, campaign management and reporting • Bring insights back to the team and help shape our ways of working in the Google channel • Own customer growth in the Google channel from analysis and strategy to implementation • Take full ownership of your projects mid-term, running them independently and holistically

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on Google Ads experience in e‑commerce, with Google Ads as a primary channel (not just on the side) • Analytical thinking and rapid pattern recognition • Willingness to let AI support and enhance your workflows • Ideally experience with Skills, scripts or MCP Connections • Confident in direct client contact up to executive level • Strong self-organization • Willingness to think holistically beyond the Google Ads channel • Willingness to use AI as a working tool
