• You manage our clients' advertising accounts on Meta and TikTok and serve as the primary contact for all matters related to Paid Social. • You contribute to developing results-oriented strategies to achieve target goals and define appropriate KPIs to monitor them, including ROAS, CAC, CTR and CPC. • Through data analysis you identify untapped growth opportunities aligned with our clients' strategic objectives and communicate these to other departments or client teams. • Together with client contacts you develop workflows for the continuous production and testing of new creatives and marketing approaches. • You pursue regular professional development and research and test new channels, formats and approaches to improve marketing performance. • In the medium term, you will grow into a team lead role within Paid Media.
• Several years of experience in media buying on Meta, TikTok and other platforms. • Holistic understanding of online marketing from A to Z, including Paid Social, Paid Search and additional channels. • Experience managing ad accounts with at least 50k in ad spend per month. • Experience in tracking and data analysis, including GA4, Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager (or alternative platforms). • Experience working with data feeds and product catalogs. • Excellent English skills.
