📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the technical implementation of exciting customer projects in the ServiceNow domain • Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions to meet customer requirements • Communicate with customers and proactively build trust • Configure and implement custom applications and modules • Work closely with colleagues to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on scope • Collaborate with other teams on integrations • Share knowledge with team members • Contribute to the establishment of best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in an IT-related field or a strong vocational qualification with relevant professional experience • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, applications, and modules • Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems • At least 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow in complex scenarios • ServiceNow certifications preferred • Experience with the Scrum framework is a plus • Strong customer focus and enjoyment working with customers and colleagues • Independent and solution-oriented thinking • German and English language skills required • Willingness to travel 30% to 50%
