ā¢ Process sales orders in SAP SD ā¢ Analyze and resolve L2 tickets ā¢ Proactively monitor the system ā¢ Provide support for billing, pricing and taxation processes ā¢ Provide functional SAP support and resolve functional issues ā¢ Support SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
šÆ Requirements
ā¢ Strong experience as an SAP SD Consultant ā¢ Experience with SAP OTC processes, including orders, quotations, pricing and billing ā¢ Knowledge of tax management, including Vertex and tax codes ā¢ Experience providing functional support and resolving L2 tickets in SAP SD ā¢ ABAP knowledge for debugging and problem analysis ā¢ Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory) ā¢ Good communication skills and proactivity ā¢ Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize ā¢ Collaborative and team-oriented
