• Execute and validate tests for SAP HR • Identify inconsistencies • Ensure the quality of deliverables • Contribute to solution validation and process quality throughout the project • Work closely with technical and functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Test Analyst / QA professional • Experience planning, executing, and validating tests • Experience with SAP HR / HCM • Knowledge of Human Resources processes in SAP • Knowledge of bug/defect identification, logging, and tracking • Experience with functional and integration testing • Ability to analyze requirements and identify potential impacts on processes • Strong communication and organizational skills for working with technical and functional teams • Collaborative approach to teamwork • Strong communication skills and proactivity • Sense of urgency and prioritization skills
