📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and challenges • Provide strategic guidance to optimize insurance operations, processes, and technology solutions • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for insurance software development • Support pre-sales by developing proposals and presentations for potential clients • Create value propositions and solutions addressing client requirements • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities • Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders • Prepare insurance training materials and train internal teams • Stay current on insurance trends, regulations, and best practices through research and networking • Share knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients • Work closely with consulting veterans, practice leaders, and clients in a challenging, dynamic environment

🎯 Requirements

• MBA Full Time (PGP or PGP-Ex) from a reputed institute • 4-8 years of experience in BA/Consulting roles in the P&C Insurance domain • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations, especially Property and Casualty lines • Experience in pre-sales activities and client-facing roles • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal leadership • Proficiency in data analysis • Ability to work effectively both as an individual contributor and as part of extended teams • Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire is preferred • Industry certifications such as AINS and LOMA are preferred • Practical knowledge of SQL is preferred
