• Serve as a primary internal contact for partner clients, supporting their daily operational needs. • Respond promptly to quote and order requests, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. • Provide real-time updates on order status, shipping timelines, and delivery confirmations. • Check and communicate inventory levels, lead times, and product availability. • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support sales initiatives and client satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales ops, finance) to resolve client issues and ensure smooth order processing. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and transactions in CRM systems. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes. • Assist in onboarding new clients and educating them on tools, portals, and procedures. • Support sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches as needed. • Must be able to work during USA working hours (PST)
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service—preferably in IT distribution, technology, or B2B sales environments. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach • Experience working with IT vendors, resellers, or distribution partners. • Familiarity with quoting tools, ERP systems, and inventory management platforms. • Knowledge of IT hardware, software, or cloud solutions is a plus.
