⢠You provide support to our partners by phone, email and via a ticketing system for the cybersecurity solutions we support. ⢠You accept customer inquiries, analyze and assess them. ⢠You handle standard requests independently. ⢠You work on complex issues together with colleagues from 2nd-level support or with the vendor. ⢠You collaborate closely with pre-sales colleagues to bring valuable, practical insights into projects. ⢠You take on a variety of tasks in existing and new projects at regional, national and international levels. ⢠You participate in national and international events organized by Exclusive Networks and our vendors for ongoing professional development.
⢠You have basic networking knowledge (DHCP, IP, TCP/UDP, DNS). ⢠You have a self-directed, structured working style and enjoy developing solutions together as part of a team. ⢠You are outgoing, articulate and have good listening skills. ⢠You demonstrate an analytical and logical mindset. ⢠You are interested in new technologies in the areas of cybersecurity and cloud solutions and in continuous professional development. ⢠Prior experience with products from our partners (e.g. Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Tanium, Infoblox, Extreme Networks, F5 Networks, etc.) is an advantage but not required. ⢠You are proficient in German and regularly use your good English skills, both written and spoken. ⢠You present yourself in a friendly, confident and professional manner. ⢠You work in a customer- and solution-oriented way and remain resilient under increased workloads.
