📋 Description

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant account transactions • Perform bill pay and invoicing • Manage accounts receivable • Manage inventory, Amazon, and Shopify accounting • Perform monthly financial closings • Prepare budgets, projections, and financial analyses • Assist with financial projects • Assist in preparing financial statements for audit, review, and compilation engagements • Review, train, and guide account managers, specifically for senior account manager responsibilities • Assist, review, and manage accounting staff

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping work experience, including monthly financial closings • Experience working within an Accounting/Auditing firm • Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Accountable, resourceful, and self-motivated • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Team player • Leadership qualities
