📋 Description

• Take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting function across multiple businesses and entities • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks • Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports • Monitor expenses and ensure accurate financial recording • Analyse profitability, expenses, and financial performance across multiple businesses • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting • Monitor and report on cash flow • Investigate discrepancies, unusual transactions, and inconsistencies in financial information • Analyse financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Prepare clear and accurate financial reports for management • Ask questions and challenge financial information when something does not make sense • Ensure financial information is accurate, organised, and up to date • Manage multiple entities and priorities effectively • Work closely with management and communicate financial information clearly • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and controls

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping and finance experience • Proven experience in a Senior Bookkeeper, Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, or similar role • Strong experience managing the bookkeeping function across multiple entities or businesses • Strong experience using QuickBooks
