📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance AI-powered applications and workflows. • Build integrations with CRM systems, calendars, communication tools, and other third-party platforms. • Improve AI agent performance through prompt engineering, tool integrations, and workflow optimization. • Evaluate new AI models and technologies for potential implementation. • Build and maintain applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Develop new features and enhancements based on business and client needs. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Participate in testing, debugging, and ongoing platform improvements. • Monitor application performance and system health. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. • Assist with cloud deployments, updates, and security maintenance. • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. • Stay current on advancements in AI, automation, and cloud technologies. • Participate in product planning and solution design discussions. • Collaborate closely with leadership, developers, and business stakeholders. • Contribute ideas for new capabilities and platform enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience. • Hands-on experience building applications using AI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, or similar platforms. • Proficiency with React, Next.js, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript. • Experience integrating APIs and third-party software platforms. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Experience with AWS cloud technologies (preferred). • Experience building AI agents, automation tools, or workflow solutions (preferred). • Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language models (preferred). • Experience in SaaS, professional services, legal technology, financial services, or B2B software environments (preferred). • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company (preferred).
