🎯 Requirements

• 9-12 years of experience in operational resiliency or a related field • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional crisis management and resilience programs • Experience in developing recovery frameworks and minimizing operational disruption • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills • Postgraduate degree or higher preferred
