📋 Description

• As a Vice President of Partner Sales, you will serve as a key leader in driving revenue growth, strategic market expansion, and innovation by cultivating and deepening relationships with high-value strategic partners. • This role requires a visionary approach to aligning partner capabilities with business goals, enhancing market positioning, and delivering impactful, scalable client solutions. • The VP will define and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, establish metrics for success, and foster seamless internal and external collaboration to maximize the impact of partner alliances on the EXL’s growth trajectory.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent understanding of market dynamics and the ability to grow and sustain businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplace. • Ability to work both independently and with a team. Comfortable working with multiple internal teams, as well as building/maintaining relationships with clients, partners, etc. • Strong business consulting skills, strong understanding of data management and business process transformation at all levels with the ability to engage in and develop digital technology enabled partner offerings. • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives. • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration, influencing C-suite executives and managing global teams Strong project and program management skills including design and execution on global or regional business plans. • Assertive - strong negotiation skills to work with sales and partner peers. • Strategic thinker who can blend consulting and business strategy to develop compelling plans for partner sales initiatives. • Strong focus on data-driven partnership management with an emphasis on measurable, strategic outcomes • Experience with creating and building differentiated relationships with partners in the Analytics & Digital community.
