📋 Description

• First point of contact for international customers for inquiries regarding our product via e-mail, live chat, and phone • Ensure customers receive excellent customer service • Verification of documents • Own responsibilities and support customer support agents with ad-hoc tasks • Collaborate with service partners to support customers

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in customer support • Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset • Proficient in English and Arabic • Ideally, experience with helpdesk software (such as Zendesk or similar tools)
